Refund policy

The products are non refundable. However it can be changed in 7 days.

To be eligible for an exchange , your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective,

damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

สินค้าที่นำมาเปลี่ยนต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ ไม่ชำรุด ไม่แตกหักเสียหาย พร้อมแพคเกจจิ้งที่ได้รับจากทางร้าน

สามารถเปลี่ยนได้ในราคาที่เท่ากัน หรือต่ำกว่า

 

ในกรณีสินค้าชำรุดเสียหายอันเนื่องจากการขนส่ง (  มีภาพวีดีโอขณะเปิด หรือ ภาพถ่ายตอนเปิดกล่อง )

สามารถแจ้งทางร้านค้าได้ทันที ทางเราจะรีบแก้ปัญหาให้โดยเร็วที่สุด
